भारत चीन युद्ध (1962)      भारत आणि चीन या दोन्ही देशांमध्ये अनेक वेळा सीमेवरून वाद निर्माण होत असतात. 1962 मध्येही सीमेवरून वाद निर्माण झालेला दिसतो  यामध्ये चीनने भारताचा बहुतांश भाग बेकायदेशीर पणे मिळवलेला दिसतो. आणि नंतर माघारही घेतलेली दिसून येते.        याला भारत चीन सीमावाद म्हणूनही ओळखले जाते. वादग्रस्त हिमालय हे या युध्दाचे मुख्य कारण मानले जाते, परंतु इतर समस्यांनी देखील यात भूमिका बजावलेली दिसते. चीनमध्ये 1959 च्या तिबेट उठावा नंतर जेव्हा भारताने दलाई लामा यांना आश्रय दिला, तेव्हाही भारत - चीन सीमेवर हिंसक घटनांची मालिका सुरू झाली. 1959 मध्ये चीनचे लष्करी अधिकारी झोऊ ऐनलाई हे होते.
